Sazz ("we", "our", "us") operates the mobile application Sazz (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App.

Sazz is a music streaming application that provides online listening of Turkmen songs. All songs available in the App are Turkmen musical works. Currently, in Turkmenistan there are no official copyright licensing or collective management organizations handling streaming permissions. We include music that is publicly available or supplied with the consent of the rights holders.
Our app is designed with user privacy in mind — we do not collect, store, or process any personal data from users beyond what is strictly necessary for basic app functionality (such as non-identifiable usage analytics or crash logs).

We respect your privacy and minimize data collection. In most cases, we do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII).

5. Streaming Permissions & Licensing
All content in the App consists of Turkmen songs. Given that there is currently no established copyright licensing authority for streaming in Turkmenistan, we:
- Include only music that is publicly available or provided directly by artists, composers, or producers.
- Stream music solely online — users cannot download, export, or extract audio files from the App.
- Prevent redistribution of audio outside the App via technical and policy measures.
- Honor and respond promptly to any rights-holder requests for removal.
6. Data Retention
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no user information stored in our systems. Any temporary diagnostic or usage data is automatically deleted after a short period necessary for maintenance and analytics.
